Disruption of supply chains due to COVID-19
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE COVID-19 (CORONA) VIRUS DISRUPTION TO SUPPLY LINES:
We would like to update our customers on how the virus is affecting Breezecatcher Operations. Our employees’ safety and health is our primary concern and we are taking every precaution with regards to additional measures of sanitizing both the warehouse and offices, and providing proper training for our employees about the virus and the best methods of prevention. We will be open and operating with reduced staff and in an effort to reduce employees exposure all office staff that can work remotely are now doing so.
Freight transportation and logistics systems are severely under pressure due to the increase in online sales combined with reduced staff and extra covid-19 procedures at our Traverse City warehouse orders are taking longer to process and dispatch. We apologize for the delay and assure you we are doing our very best to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
