The process and product are both good. The issue is it did not include the storage bag listed on the web site, nor is there an apparent way to acquire one.

If it’s represented as an object associated with the purchase on the web site it should be included as implied.

At the price, this should be included.

This product is very well manufactured. The downside is the tremendous cost. My total bill was a whopping $274.00

It is everything I hoped it would be. The installation was relatively painless. Use is easy and there is nothing better than sheets that dried all day in the sunshine!

No complaints after a year of use in Wisconsin, even during winter. Impressed at the construction. Several components are solid aluminum where I expected to see cheaper plastic or stamped sheet metal. The suggested installation method using a cinder block is nice too. I would just suggest wrapping a strap (like a tiedown strap) around the block to lift it in and out of the hole to check if the hole is the right size.

I chose Breezecatcher after quite a bit of research as it was the only unit without wood or plastic that I was able to find. I wanted something that would withstand my unpredictable Appalachian weather. This is a solidly built unit, well packaged. Doesn't seem to be in any way "cheap."

My husband opted to install on a buried pipe due to some higher winds in our area. I can't justify removing stars for difficulty finding a pole that fit since we were doing an unconventional install.

Set up was relatively simple otherwise, though the unit can be hard to "unfold." This thing holds a lot - no problem doing a full load of clothes plus a queen sheet set. I am very pleased with the spinning function and how sunlight will make its way to all of my laundry. I did have to bunch up or fold queen sized sheets, but they still dried in a reasonable time. All clothes I've hung normally are drying noticeably faster than the stationary line this unit replaced.

All in all, this has been a great purchase so far.
