We have the HD4-270 Breezecatcher and this fits it perfectly. It is very well made. The fabric is a pretty dark green and is a nice quality and just the right thickness. Having one of the larger, if not largest line dryers, I asked Tom, the owner, what he recommended. When I received it, just looking at it, I wasn't sure it would fit but Tom was right! If you have this particular line dryer, I recommend you raise the latch when closing your line dryer so that the latch sits just outside the arms. This will allow the arms to fold as flat as possible and then the cover will slide right over it. I do have to stand on a chair or step stool when putting it onto or removing it due to the height of the line dryer so the only thing that might make it a little easier to use is to make the zipper length go up higher on the cover so that it's easier to get the top on and off. Customer service is really great too! Tom is very responsive to emails. Over the years I've owned this line dryer (19 yrs), Tom has provided helpful suggestions, like when we had to modify the stem a bit so that I could reach the line easier. We leave the Breezecatcher out all summer and store it in the winter months so now I won't have to wipe it down before each use. I don't know why I waited so long to buy this!

With all our Texas storms and blazing hot sun, this cover should protect my clothesline. Also, we have a lot of birds that love to sit on the lines and make a "deposit", so I am hoping the cover will help with that also. Since I've only had it a short while, I don't know how many years it will hold up, but I am grateful we purchased this.

Wish I had bought over 20 years ago when I got my whole clothesline! Probably would still be using the original line and not had to replace the line twice, although not bad for all the years of use. It is super nice to not have to cleanthe line prior to hanging clothes on it. Highly recommend

Spoke to Tom the other day when we had to get more cordage for what came damaged. He volunteered that binding my collapsible would be better done with some kind of strap. If a person is going to order the cover with the intent of using it often, it sure would be nice if y'all included a velcro type strap that would make holding the unit together would make it easier to put the cover on. As it is, it is quite difficult to get the cover on. I'll eventually have to find my own strap to attach to one of the arms of the clothesline to aid in this. Otherwise, great clothesline and the cover is well made. Thanks!

As the title says, keeps the Whirly very clean so that you do not need to wipe it every time it is to be used and the rain and snow do not get on it therefore it cannot get rusty. It’s an all round winner.
Very well designed and the heavy material is ideal for both strong sun and extremely cold weather. Easy to put on and pull off. Well done to the guys who made them.
